MISSION
The mission of the CHURCH OF CHRIST at 411 Gaines Avenue is to provide high Quality teaching of God’s Word, centered on the commandment of Jesus Christ to preach His gospel to all creation; to baptize those who believe and obey His gospel; to teach those who have been baptized into His Kingdom (Matt. 28:19-20). Emphasis is placed on ministries that provide for meeting the spiritual and physical needs of people worldwide.
In recognition of the increased complexity of our society and varied issues confronting the Church of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ today, the CHURCH OF CHRIST at 411 Gaines Avenue continues to develop and perfect ministries, which reflect the greatest need for the greatest number of people.
In addition to providing high-quality teaching of God’s Word, the CHURCH OF CHRIST at 411 Gaines Avenue has a major commitment to providing support systems that Christians need to achieve success. These systems include evangelism, edification, and benevolence.
